The 410 m² residence unfolds over four levels, surrounded by 1 600 m² of terraces that cascade toward the sea and city. Inside, design breathes: light passes through open corridors, textures speak in whispers, and stillness feels architectural.

Inside, 300 m² of pure spatial clarity unfold across two levels. The ground floor is one open gesture of glass and light — living, dining, and kitchen flowing together in quiet continuity. A corner sofa, fireplace, and 50″ TV with Netflix invite relaxed evenings, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen with oak and inox details sets the scene for private dinners or cooking sessions with local chefs.

A striking Office Room sits behind the main salon — a peaceful working space that opens onto a secluded patio shared with the master bedroom. It’s ideal for guests seeking creative solitude or a moment of focus. The design integrates utility with beauty: a simple desk, warm wood surfaces, diffused daylight.

Throughout the interiors, materials stay tactile and honest: oak, African teak, polished concrete. Art and photography blend with structure — including the villa’s private camera collection, a living exhibition of vintage film craftsmanship that tells its own quiet story. This is a house that rewards attention, where architecture becomes an emotion rather than an object.

The exterior feels like an extension of the architecture — a continuation of lines, light, and stillness. A salt-electrolysis heated pool mirrors the villa’s long glass façade, its surface catching fragments of sky and olive leaves. Terraces step fluidly into the garden, framed by pines and native herbs. At the centre stands the monumental 1,200-year-old olive tree, its roots deep in the Cretan soil, its canopy spreading over a handmade stone dining table. Days unfold slowly here: yoga by the pool at dawn, long siestas in the shade, starlit dinners scented by thyme and charcoal.

The garden itself is a design statement — 2.5 acres of curated wilderness where texture and proportion replace ornament. Loungers and hammocks are placed for privacy and view; soft lighting shapes the night without breaking the darkness. This is outdoor life defined by rhythm, not routine — a cinematic quiet where the villa and nature breathe as one.
