The ground floor opens into an airy lounge with panoramic glazing that frames Chania’s bay. A contemporary corner sofa creates a soft central point beneath shifting daylight, while the dining area — a long table seating twelve — becomes the setting for chef-led dinners or leisurely brunches curated by our travel design team. The adjoining modern kitchen, fully equipped with premium appliances, invites everything from relaxed breakfasts to hosted gastronomic evenings. A discreet guest WC completes the level.

Ascending to the first and second floors, four en-suite bedrooms continue the architecture’s quiet elegance. King-size beds, open wardrobes, considered lighting and private balconies create personal retreats shaped by soft neutrals and tactile textures. Each ensuite bathroom is designed with a minimal, refined aesthetic — walk-in showers, earthy tones, and seamless finishes.
