Regal Residence brings a refined urban villa aesthetic to Chania — clean lines, large openings, modern textures, and an airy atmosphere shaped by constant sunlight. The open-plan living area sets the tone for the entire residence: a bright panoramic lounge with three comfortable sofas, a 55’’ LED TV with Netflix, PS4, and a dining table that faces the sweeping city–sea view.
