Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of travel design, planning, booking, and ground services by Snami Travel (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By confirming a booking, submitting a request, or engaging our services, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Snami Travel operates as a travel design and coordination company, providing bespoke travel services in Greece through a network of trusted partners and suppliers.

2. Scope of Services

Snami Travel designs and coordinates a range of ground services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Custom multi-day itineraries

  • Private day tours and curated experiences

  • Cruises, boat trips, and sailing experiences

  • Transfers and private driver services

  • Concierge and lifestyle services

  • Hotel and villa bookings

All services are tailored to the Client’s needs and confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Customisation & Packages

All itineraries and packages designed by Snami Travel are customisable. No itinerary is considered final until confirmed in writing. Throughout the booking process, a dedicated Travel Designer, Operations Manager, or Concierge Manager may suggest adjustments based on availability, logistics, and the evolving needs of the Client.

As a result, prices, inclusions, and conditions may change during the planning stage. Final details are confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Payments & Deposits

Most ground services arranged by Snami Travel require a deposit payment in order to secure reservations. The deposit amount and payment schedule vary depending on the nature of the service, supplier policies, and travel dates.

As a general guideline, certain services may be subject to cancellation windows beginning approximately 14 days prior to service commencement, though this may vary significantly depending on the service, season, or supplier.

Full payment terms, including deposit requirements and final balance deadlines, are communicated clearly during the booking process and confirmed in writing prior to confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by service and supplier. Any applicable cancellation windows, fees, or conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Snami Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party suppliers and cannot override supplier cancellation policies. Amendments requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Insurance & Liability

Snami Travel maintains all legally required insurance coverage relevant to its operations, including but not limited to vehicle insurance, civil liability insurance, and documentation associated with destination management activities.

However, Snami Travel does not provide personal travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Client, or the Client’s travel advisor or tour operator, to ensure that appropriate personal insurance coverage is in place prior to travel. This may include, but is not limited to, medical insurance, trip cancellation insurance, and personal liability coverage.

7. Booking on Behalf of Others

In cases where a booking is made by a third party — including but not limited to travel advisors, tour operators, agencies, or representatives — the person or entity making the booking confirms that they are authorised to do so on behalf of the Client.

The booking party assumes responsibility for:

  • Communicating all booking details, payment terms, and cancellation conditions to the Client

  • Ensuring that the Client understands and accepts these Terms & Conditions

  • Acting as the primary point of contact unless otherwise agreed

Snami Travel shall not be held responsible for miscommunication between the booking party and the end Client.

8. Hotels, Villas & Rental Agreements

Bookings involving hotels, villas, or private accommodations may require the execution of a separate rental or accommodation agreement. Where applicable, Snami Travel will provide such agreements alongside its own booking confirmation or pre-arrival documentation.

These agreements must be reviewed and signed as required in order for the booking to proceed. Accommodation-specific terms, house rules, and policies remain binding in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

Snami Travel collaborates with independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, guides, and experience operators. While we carefully select our partners, we do not control their operations.

Snami Travel shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, or changes caused by third-party suppliers, including circumstances beyond reasonable control such as weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.

10. Force Majeure

Snami Travel shall not be held responsible for failure to perform or delays resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure circumstances.

11. Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Snami Travel is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from information provided by third-party suppliers or the Client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details, travel documents, and requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a booking, submitting payment, or engaging Snami Travel’s services, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
